How do I view my child’s photos?
Scan the QR code on the order form or use the link provided. Enter the Reference and Access Code if requested.
 

How many photos will I be able to choose from?
Each child usually has a small selection of individual photos available, depending on the shoot.
 

Can I choose which photo I want printed?
Yes. After opening your child’s gallery, you can view the available photos and choose your preferred image.
 

Can I order more than one photo?
Yes. You may order more than one photo before checking out.
 

What if I cannot scan the QR code?
Use the link printed on the form instead. You can type it into your phone or computer browser.
 

What if my Access Code does not work?
Please check that the Reference and Access Code have been entered exactly as shown on the form. If it still does not work, contact us during office hours.
 

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed after payment and photo selection. Delivery time may depend on the school’s collection or delivery arrangement.
 

Can I still order after the closing date?
Please try to order before the closing date shown on the form. Late orders may not always be possible, or be limited to digital copies only.
